Description
Database Engineer/SQL Requirements:
- Design EDW tables in SQL Server
- Mapping Oracle to SQL Server datatypes (Oracle tables from ServiceNow to SQL Server in EDW)
- Create equivalent SQL Server tables in SQL Server EDW
- Create Stored Procedure to populate EDW tables
- Create SSIS Packages to extract and load data into the EDW tables from variety of data sources (ServiceNow, SCOM, SCCM, VCO, AD etc.)
- Design & create DataMart tables for reporting (Star Schema)
- Creating mock data for Unit testing
- Create Stored Procedures to populate the DataMart
- Create SSRS reports
- Create indexes and database optimisation tasks
- Develop deployment strategies of SSIS & SSRS packages to various environments
- Develop integration testing strategies (EDW/DataMart integration with ServiceNow, SCOM, SCCM, VCO, AD etc.)
