Description
Exciting opportunity for a Finance Officerwith a Public Sector client for an initial 6 month contract based in Hamilton, Glasgow.
Directly responsible to the Finance Manager, you will have a key role in providing value through the provision of appropriate financial data to support strategic decision making and to monitor and evaluate outcomes against plans.
You will have strong management accounting experience and excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with management to discuss forecasts and provide input at meetings. You should also have previous experience of mentoring and coaching and the ability to work confidently with Microsoft Excel.
A knowledge of the following finance systems/software would be hugely advantageous:
- SEAS Oracle
- Easybuy
- Webroster
