Email Marketing ManagerLondon - Up to £280/day
Working for a high profile International Publishing Corporation, the Email Marketing Manager / eCRM Manager / Senior eCRM Executive will manage and deliver digital customer email campaigns, to drive sales and customer retention targets.
The Email Marketing Manager / eCRM Manager / Senior eCRM Executive will:
-Deliver planned and reactive trading emails to selected target audiences
- Liaise with internal and external designers to produce high quality and best practice email campaigns
-Manage day to day contact with creative & data agencies
-Assist eCRM Manager with management of the CRM budget
-In conjunction with the eCRM Manager, manage campaign tracking
-Be largely involved in the creation of and amending existing creative assets in house
-Regularly report on performance and potential improvements for relevant email campaigns to the wider team
- This is inclusive of A/B testing along with recommendations
-Support the wider online and marketing teams with ad-hoc projects and campaigns
- Create written design briefs for all relevant email campaigns via various internal and external design resources.
-Ensure design synergy across all the varying assets within campaigns, following advert and email design best practices
-Adhere to all campaigns deadlines and budgets
Candidates for the Email Marketing Manager / eCRM Manager / Senior eCRM Executive role will ideally have experience in:
-Setting up and dispatching eCRM campaign using the relevant ESP and the relevant campaign schedule
-Writing creative and data briefs
-End to end management of email campaigns from creative and data briefing to publishing
-Comfortable helping to make recommendations on customer targeting for campaigns
-Strong communication skills, literacy and numeracy to oversee/check copy and analyse campaign performance.
- Experience using Eloqua or a similar ESP would be advantageous - General ESP experience is imperative
-Intermediate HTML knowledge and experience would also be beneficial
