We are currently recruiting for a Microwave Engineer to join their business in Netherlands.
Position Title: Microwave Engineer

Main Responsibilities:
- Microwave planning , script preparation , customer IT system/database update.
- Microwave remote/ on site configuration , troubleshooting (ALCplus2 types with Ethernet/TDM backhauling knowledge on GE or STM Level).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Telecommunications Industry (Carrier or Vendor)
- Full MW project delivery experience is requested( minimum of 3 years).
- Digital microwave principles knowledge : basic principles of microwave communication including, LOS standards, range of value K, and principles of various diversity technologies, the relationship between microwave band/channel division, capacity/bandwidth, and modulation approach, principles of microwave antennas and definitions of performance parameters and understanding of microwave link parameters.
- PDH/SDH principles knowledge : Master PDH multiplexing principles, Understand basic principles of PDH/SDH.
- Data features knowledge: Master packet features (L2 Switching Domain, VLAN, QinQ), tunnel transmission technology (L2/L3 VPN)
- Full Siae MW Product knowledge and DCN Solution (E1 + IP), master Service configuration on NMS system.
- Familiar with tools of NL VDF system, for example MW planning tool(Mapinfo/QGIS, IQLINK)
- Any experience with Netherlands VDF Inventory Tools such as Site Handler, Telescope, ARM 9.0 from Amdocs (Cramer) / One Inventory is highly appreciated.
- Fluent English language skills.
