RF Engineer (2G/3G)We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company ?to support their project in Lebanon.
Position Title: RF Engineer (2G/3G)
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: February 2017
Duration: 3-6 months initial

Responsibilities:
- Perform network audit with deep analysis of implemented configurations/strategies (Admission Control, Layering strategy, Mobility Management, QoS management…etc.) and identify potential weaknesses and propose corrective recommendations through Parameters tuning, Features activation/deactivation…etc.
- Perform capacity analysis (Radio Resources, Resources, Licensing) and identify potential issues
- Performance management (OSS tools, capacity to analyze counters pegging conditions and KPIs formulas…)
Qualifications:
- Strong experience of radio network optimization, Ericsson 2G and 3G experience is essential
- In depth subject matter understanding of GSM and UMTS: Parameters, Features, Algorithms…
- Advanced end to end troubleshooting and analysis skills with GSM and UMTS using drive test logs, vendors traces
- Good analytical, reporting and communication skills
- Good experience of drive testing tools.
- Results oriented with focus on customer satisfaction
- Team player with ability to work in various international environments
- Fluent in English
