Civil Works EngineerWe are currently recruiting for our client, a global leading telecommunication company, for a Civil Work Engineer, to join their business in Libya.

Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors’ tasks of the customer mobile network; manage subcontractors for other projects, e.g. site / system acceptance, integration, etc;
- Monitor subcontractors performance regarding documentation of plan dates and execution of tasks;
- Perform regular meetings with subcontractors on weekly basis to agree on work plans for the upcoming weeks and review past performance;
- Monitor the execution of planned tasks of the subcontractor on a daily bases;
- Regular reportings to client and management of the project progress status;
- Perform authorization requests and obtain the necessary documents for the implementation of projects (electricity networks, telephone, roads);
- Evaluate the benefits and select suppliers and / or providers belonging to each trade (civil works, supplies, service providers) in connection with the purchasing department;
- Ensure proper implementation of security procedures with the H&S coordinator.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Civil Work experience;
- 2 years recent Huawei project experience;
- New sites build and existing site adaption experience;
- Site survey knowledge;
- Planning & organization skills, good administration skills & good social skills;
- Very good English and Chinese is a must.
