IP Lead Design EngineerWe are currently recruiting for our client, a worldwide, leading ICT service company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing, to support their project in the Netherlands.
Position Title: IP Lead Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Join the network innovation team and act as the the lead designer role for the customer's Fixed IP Aggregation and Metro Network.
- Develop the HLDs and LLDs for B2B and B2C service innovations.
- In agile/devops style, design the IP solutions in order to implement requirements and change requests.
- Oversee the definition and alignment of the test cases for design verification (network elements and associated IT).
- Be the focal point / mediator between customer innovation team, local office (product management, account team, service team) and the HQ (R&D) for issue handling, lifecycle management, requirements / capabilities alignment and leads / opportunity screening / generation.
- Be the virtual team lead for all IP domain related topics and team members supporting the customers IP domain innovations.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Recent IP certification (xxIE R&S, xxIE SP).
- Familiar with L3& L2 VPN technologies (incl. EVPN).
- Familiar with IP QoS, IP redundancy mechanisms, B2B and residential HSI IP designs.
- Minimum 5 years design experience in operator or vendor environment.
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
- Strong intercultural leadership and CRM skills
- Prefered - recent Huawei NE40E hands-on experience prefered.
