Description
I am working with a leading postal service supplier who are undergoing a 230 million pound cost reduction program over the next year. You will be be working with cost reduction business partner to establish a continual pipeline of cost reduction opportunities.
I am looking for a Cost Reduction Transformation Lead for an initial 6 month contract who has proven experience delivering cost reduction in blue chip organisations.
You will need:
- Qualified to Degree/MBA level
- Ability to challenge and influence across a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Proven managing and delivering change in an operational organisation
- Delivery of 'bottom line' savings
- Strategic financial planning and business mindset
- Experience of working within a large a complex blue chip organisations
