Für unseren Kunden aus der Telekommunikation Branche suchen wir für den Einsatzort Düsseldorf einen Baukoordinator Bereich Festnetzerweiterung (all gender) Ref. Nr.: 16224 - AGVertragsverhältnis: Freiberufler/ Subunternehmer oder Anstellung
Einsatzdauer: ab sofort oder in Absprache, Gesamtlaufzeit ca. 2 Jahre
Einsatzort: PLZ 4 – Düsseldorf
Job Description:
- Coordinate the Mobile Site Infrastructure planning and construction of MW, Radio, POC Sites
- Coordinate the Subcontractor teams through the whole process of Preparation, Planning, Installation of Site Infrastructure
- Main Steps (but not limited to): Site Survey, Civil Works Planning, Permissions, Landlord Contracts, Civil Works Installation, etc.
- Follow up and maintain the project process and milestones to plan and build sites infrastructure.
- Manage the PO and commercial offer flow from customer and to the subcontractor
- Confirm the Site Solution after Site Survey
- Manage Site construction and Site Documentation up to the acceptance milestone achieved
- Manage the Materials flows to ensure ontime delivery
- Perform the Quality check and CW site acceptance
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years Field Experience in Civil Works area, incl. Cabinets, Power Boxes, Batteries, Cables, etc.
- Familiar with Civil Work standards and technical specification in Telecommunication Networks in Germany
- Familiar with Telefonica or EPlus Networks and standards. Familiar with working tools: Netsite, Digis, Netsite Web
- Able to understand the Site survey report and provide Civil work technical Solution
- Able to read the EP/AP documentation
- Able to understand MW and Radio Planning in order to provide the best Site Solution for the Infrastructure
- Experience to manage the Subcontractor and report to the Customer on a weekly basis
- Able to perform the Quality check and manage Acceptances
- Available for site visiting for Quality check (Selective)
- Fluent German + English Languages
