We are looking for a qualified onsite manager (freelancer) with experience in plant construction for a project in the Czech Republic (Pilsen).
Ideally, he/she also has Czech and/or English language skills.
System Logistics GmbH is supplying a fully automated high-bay warehouse to a beverage manufacturer in Pilsen (Czech Republic) as general contractor.
The scope of delivery:
- Free-standing high-bay warehouse (steel construction)
- fully automated stacker cranes
- Conveyor technology in various areas of the customer's premises
- Electric monorail system
- Fire protection gates for the conveyor system
- Sprinkler system in the area of the high rack
- Roof & wall cladding incl. smoke extraction system
The following tasks are performed by the site manager:
- Planning and specification of the assembly activities of our sub-trades (steel construction, mechanics, etc.) together with the project manager.
- Coordinating and monitoring the assembly process onsite at the customer’s premises
- Ensuring implementation in accordance with the contract
- Deadline and quality control
- Assumption of the central contact function on the construction site
- Enforcement and monitoring of building and safety regulations
- Conducting construction/status meetings
- Documentation of the construction site progress
- Coordination with project management
