Seeking architectural drafter or architectural student as intern, who is proficient with AutoCad. Knowledge of SketchUp, PhotoShop and other drawing programs are helpful.
Responsibilities include drafting of floor plans, elevations, sections, details for set of construction documents for building permit, bidding and construction. Samples of other projects will be previous projects will be used by drafter for creation of drawings.
Field measuring and photographing of buildings is also included. Transportation is beneficial to visit job sites and meetings.
Efficiency and accuracy are sought.

My firm originated in 1954, and has a history of projects of various types in the Greater Cleveland area. Office is located in Tremont. Occasional meetings will occur at the office. Otherwise, working remotely will be the method of working.
