Description

Cathcart Energy are currently recruiting for a number of Geotechnical Engineers for an urgent contract in south central Scotland.

You will be providing hands on advice and expertise on geotechnical ground works for a new wind farm. The main focus will be access tracks and roads, cuttings and crane hard standings.

Experience of wind farm construction projects is not necessary; however, a background in Highways or similar earthwork civil engineering projects will be a great advantage.

The role will be site based and is commutable from Edinburgh and Glasgow.

This will be an hourly rate contract for an initial 6 months extending to the end of 2016 and beyond with future project work. You will be provided with reasonable travel and subsistence expenses and a vehicle for site work.
