Description

OBJECTIVES:
  • Improve Overall Piping Alignment, and Fit-up for all critical production equipment.
  • Identify, summarize, and prioritize all alignment issues.
  • Documented Proposal of recommended Piping Mods and procedural changes.
  • Revised PM's (incorporating procedural, chronology, and methods)
  • Create Job Aids where justified
  • Design, and incorporate various prototype changes (unique to several systems)
  • Improve mechanical access, ergonomics, efficiency, and tools
  • Add Foot Rests
  • Add local means of hoisting valve clusters
  • Replace hard Ins. air lines where flex lines will improve PM efficiency
  • Execute and Enhance Post PM Check-List
DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATION:
  • Hands on engineering shadowing and analysis of bioreactor and purification equipment PM Executions (1st and 2nd Shift),
  • Support operations alignment issues assessing and repairing alignment issues
  • Plan and coordinate PM windows working with Schedulers and Planners
  • Document and analyze all alignment issues and other findings during PM.
  • Propose recommended repairs (Piping mods, Welding, Supports, etc.)
  • Work with Site Reliability Engineers as a team to support shift work.
  • Propose innovative means of access, execution, methods to improve ergonomics and efficiency
  • Provide quarterly summary detailing completed work and recommended future work.
  • Identify and document improvements to the PM task lists.
  • Manage Contractors and in-house trades to implement approved modifications.
SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5 years experience in a process related industry
  • Experience with BioPharma processing would be ideal.
