OCM Migration Expert (100%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Perform stakeholder analysis and formulate stakeholder management plan
- Prepare communication material for various communication channels
- Assist in the implementation of OCM activities including events and trainings
- Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
- Identify additional OCM activities that ensure the success of projects
- Develop and manage online and social media channels including content creation
Your qualifications
- Relevant experience in multinational company
- Pharmaceutical industry know-how
- Good knowledge in workshop facilitation
- Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully in projects
- Experience in change projects, certification in change methodologies such as Prosci preferred
- Project management experience is a plus
- Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google Suite (gSites and G+ forums)
