Your tasks:
- Meet with users to determine the end users specific needs and feasibility of pending routine projects
- Provide daily support to assigned client base and coordinate with programmers
- Participate in project work, including analysis and requirements definition and testing
- Support standardization of processes, tools and reporting templates
- Support connection with 3rd party tools to enhance existing reports and create additional insights
- Develop and update training materials and user manuals and prepare documentation for assigned products
- Provide actionable in-depth and ad-hoc reports for website and customer profiles
- Provide insightful dashboards
Your qualifications
- Experiences in Google or Adobe Analytics+
- Business fluent in English
- Experience in Analytics & Reporting
- Experience in Adobe Dig. Mark. Suite/Data Visualiz. Tools/Digital Marketing/Tableau Software desirable
