Description
We have an initial opportunity based in Ireland for a Client with plants globally. They are looking to conduct a 4 week SAP Plant Maintenance scoping study ASAP and need a suitably qualified SAP consultant to deliver this piece of work.
The project includes the creation of a Plant Maintenance blueprint for the broader business and specifically for the initial plant where the pilot will go-live. Primary scope is Work order scheduling & management and Spare parts inventory management.
Services will include scoping and sizing the project with 3 key deliverables: Project Plan, Resource Plan and Project Organisation Structure. It is also expected to start on preparation work for the project eg data load template work and configuration design guidance.
