Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists , project managers , supporters , etc. ) . So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Main Responsibilities:
-Leading the development of different, targeted campaigns and materials for Google Drive adoption in client. A technical/IT background is not required
-Ensure that the adoption concept and milestones are considered in project plan, deliverables and timelines.
-Drive awareness and increase usage towards Google Drive with differentiated messages and benefits as we move away from legacy file systems
-Develop compelling messaging and material through slide and graphics design to be used for the broader organizational alignment and engagement with internal stakeholders
-In collaboration with the OCM Lead, ensure governance standards are maintained across a broad stakeholder group
-Drive the change into the organization in partnership with functional and regional stakeholders and in alignment with the overarching change management plan.
Requirements:
-5+ years' experience in Communications as a Communications Manager, Writer or Editor with strong writing and message development skills
-Being familiar with google suit especially google drive as a must have
-Strong creativity skills with an ability to create compelling, simple messages, graphics, with very good presentation and communication skill
-Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across functional teams and stakeholders in developing a common vision of success
-Ability to build relationships across a complex stakeholder landscape and effectively operate in a highly regulated technical environment
-Willingness and ability to work across time zones with regular meetings, and broad cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse team and organizational environment
-Fluent English speaking and outstanding written skills Effective and solution oriented
