Description

Our world famous client is looking for an exceptional Contract/Finance Administrator This is working for the Finance team drafting and co-ordinating the licencing contract and requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, administrative and data management skills and experience.

Key Elements of the role are:

Deal Management

Track upcoming renewals, review contract requests for policy compliance and data accuracy, and oversee contract/amendment approval process. Manage non-accruable revenue (due to contracts/amendments not live). Partner with the Revenue Accounting team to ensure timely revenue recognition and issue resolution.

Contract Drafting

Draft contracts, amendments, and other contractual documents (artwork release, distribution permission, sell-off, non-renewal, termination, consent to transfer, unlicensed sales); review specialized contract language with Legal

Contract Negotiation and Activation

Review licensee comments, triage and resolve, collect documents, manage client signature process, document distribution and filing

Reporting

Participate in scheduled calls with Markets - Finance and Category, prepare written status reports (upcoming renewals, contract status)

Other

Perform ad-hoc requests, provide audit support, create value-added analyses (Licensee Scorecard), and participate in process and systems improvement projects and assisting with the translation of legal documentation.
