We are urgently looking for a Service Management Strategist 10 - 12 weeks assignment in London,If you have the experience could you forward your latest CV in Word, and a time to speak.
NOTE this is not a prue Service Management role, but a Strategist role
The requirement is to:
- Support in the review of the As - Is global service management operating model, support in the design of the To - Be operating model
- Support in documentation the performance of their service catalogue per technology domain
- Creating a value case for change (e.g. value of improving from an efficiency / effectiveness perspective)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define an overall global Service Management and Technology Operations Operating Model incorporating people, process and technology/tools.
- Once the Operating Model is defined, we'll develop an Implementation Plan, incorporating:
- Service Management Strategy
- Technology Operations Strategic Convergence Plan (people and technology/tools)
