Your tasks:
- Create a new clear and stringent data structure (this new structure shall reduce existing ambiguities and support an optimized KPI reporting in future)
- Analyze the current data structure, identify potential problem areas and list known limitations
- Collect, verify and prioritize business requirements
- Map data on technical and content level against business requirements in order to identify gaps
- Documentation of new data design concept including future maintenance process
- Set-up implementation road map
Your qualifications
- Knowledge in SAP HCM an SuccessFactors (Systems in Scope)
- Knowledge in interfaces from SAP HCM to other applications
- Knowledge in HR processes
