Title: Solution Architect (SuccessFactors)
Role: Contract (3 months extendable)
Location: Paris , France
Start date: ASAP (ideally)
Finish: February/March 2016
Competences required:
*Ensures global design consistency
*Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
*Technical and functional expertise in implementations.
*French speaker is advantageous
Mission:
*Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign
*Share best practices and be consultative to both client and Project Team (Lead, Project Manager,..) throughout duration of the project
*Guarantee a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
*Co-team with the Technical Leads to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
*Support on Testing efforts
*Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with the Project Manager
*Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer
