Case Manager (IRHP)
London
Contract - Up to £650 per day

Case Manager (Commercial Resolution Management) with experience of IRHP review programmes required to join a leading bank in central London on a contract basis.

As an experienced case manager (IRHP) you will be supporting various key activities within the complaints, disputes and litigation team, (including the case directors) including the design, analysis and strategic settlement being offered to complaints, as well as working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the correct execution of the agreed redress strategy and proactively communicating key case information to the said stakeholders.

Core skill set:

-Statutory and regulatory requirements
-Experience working on IRHP programmes in a banking environment
-Interest rate derivative products
-Knowledge of SME/retail commercial client base
-Corporate finance, credit policy
-Risk, compliance and regulatory management
