FPGA Development Engineer / Cheshire / Contract / 12 monthsI am recruiting at present an experienced FPGA Development Engineer for a 12 month project to develop the latest Xilinx Zynq FPGA for a complex data switcher system.
My client is a leader in their field developing high tech, real-time monitoring technology.
The FPGA Development Engineer will be responsible for the integration of multiple IP cores into the design for multi-channed applications and ensure they function in the hardware.
Requirements:
- Experience developing Xilinx FPGA's (Zynq or other larger form Xilinx FPGA's will be desirable)
- Knowledge and commercial experience of Xilinx ISE or Vivado Design tools (Vivado would be advantageous)
- Fluent in either VHDL or Verilog hardware description languages.
Desirable:
- Knowledge and experience of high speed ethernet or data transmission technology
This is an excellent oppotunity to work on a close-knit team that have a passion for high quality engineering and technological development in a beautiful part of the country.
Rate: £35-40 per hour (negotiable)
Contract duration: 6-12 months
Location: Cheshire
