My client are recruiting an experienced Senior Consultant- Change Management to work independently to guide the customer in their change program

Tasks:

  • Planning, leading and delivering complex business change programs with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Managing the people side of change to business processes, systems, technology and organisations.
  • Creating strategies and related approaches aimed at not only accelerating changes within the organisation to ensure adoption and desired levels of utilisation, but an increasing an business change capacity.
  • Implementing stakeholder management plans that minimize end user adoption.
  • Conducting and assessing organisational diagnostics with an outcome or organizational design recommendations
