Description
My client, an NHS organisation based in London is looking for a Complaints and Governance Lead for a period of 3 months to start immediately.The role is split into 3 distinct areas; Complaints (85%), SI's (10%) and Risk Management (5%). Ideally you will have been in a similar complaints based role in the NHS previously.
You main responsibilities will include;
Complaints
- Liaising with services to collect information for complaints responses
- Writing responses
- Dealing with complex complaints
- Managing 2-3 service lines
SI's
- Supporting investigators in their work
- Reviewing Reports
- Developing action plans
- Ensuring deadlines are met
Risk Management
- Identifying risks and trends
- Managing risk registers
- Carrying out audits
