Description
For an exciting project I am looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with 1 or 2 years of experience of delivering large scale SFDC implementations. Candidate should have worked on at least 2 full projects and have experience with both Sales- and Service Cloud implementations.
Responsabilities:
- Challenge existing methods and processes.
- Present optimization that meets business objectives.
- Adept at post delivery business adoption.
- Support the business case, articulate the business benefits and design business solution for change.
