Senior Digital Agile Coach/Trainer - Agile, Lean, Government

Our client, a government agency, are looking for a Lead Agile Coach to manage a team of Agile Coaches, providing guidance, mentoring and training in Agile across the team. The chosen candidate will work alongside the Delivery Manager to transition their CRM into a hosted cloud infrastructure through an agile project management methodology. This is an initial 4 month contract, located in the North East.

Key responsibilities:

• Working within a team of developers, designers and analysts to convey Agile principles and methodologies in line with the wider project goals
• Working with Business Analysts and Product Owners to identify and define user stories, acceptance criteria and product management
• Facilitating the sprint planning and prioritisation process

Required experience:

• A strong understanding of different agile and lean approaches and supporting context, such as behaviours, governance, process and culture across: programme and project team approaches
• Evidence of embedding agile tools and techniques
• Understanding of agile product and software development in line with Government Design Service (GDS) service design manual
• Demonstrable experience of creating lasting improvements towards agile and lean ways of working within an organisation
