Description
Scope of Tasks:
A minimum of 4 years of SAP Workflow technical hands-on configuration experience involving at least one end-to-end SAP Workflow implementation for SAP IS Insurance.
In-depth experience with custom SAP workflow design as well as ABAP OO and SAP ABAP programming and screen development to meet business requirements
Configuration experience with HR Organizational Structure (PD-ORG) and custom agent determination strategies
Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate into technical design
In-depth experience in business process analysis and business process design using BPM analytical and modelling tools such as Visio.
Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and testing
Strong interpersonal skills are required to deal with people at various levels within client departments
Technical and/or functional knowledge in SAP for Insurance
ECM/Document Management expertise
