Service Management Lead
Job description:
- Communicate with customers all over the world and deeply understand and their strategy and requirements in the cloud computing and service management domain, provide in-depth thinking and contributions for market and competition analysis, lead the direction of the specific cloud service management solutions
- Define/Manage cloud computing service management solution and work with other solution architects in the cloud datacenter domain
- Analyze short/medium/long-term customer needs and telecom industry service operating trends to develop service solution accordingly.
- Support the market projects development relating to cloud computing and service management.
Responsibilities:
- More than 10 years direct experience in IT service management and cloud computing industry with a proven track record within a well-known international company, and is quite clearly about the Cloud computing operating model, ITSM and BSM.
- Familiar with the Company Cloud Operating Model
- Familiar with ITIL and BSM process design
- Solid understanding of cloud computing market and business issues. Integrated service management product and solution development experience with world class operators preferred.
- Proved very good skill in slides making and presentation, fluency in English. And have a good command of inner cooperation and external communication skill.
