One of our global clients are looking for a SAP C4C Architect. Our client is looking for candidates with experience in the following areas.
- C4C - strong service management experience, Ideally C4C and classic CS experience.
- Ability to lead workshops/drive functional discussions
- Able to architect a solution against customer requirements
- High-level understanding of technical implications
This area involves an appreciation of both:
- Integration related topics
- Cloud development related topics
- Detailed understanding of Cloud Implementation methodology
The scope of the tasks include
- Define solution approach end to end process integration between ECC and Cloud for Service.
- Expert should work together with the team, which consists of ECC, CPM and FI consultant - meaning the consultant should be expert in Cloud for Service.
- During prepare and realization phase responsible for the design of the overall solution and addressing the identified gaps
- The main objective of the C4C Solution Architect is to 'push' as much as possible to the standard C4C solution towards the customer
- Apart from a very good C4C solution knowledge
