Change Project ManagerA leading investment bank has a requirement for a Change Project Manager to work in their London based office on a six month contract, with the potential of being extended for up to two years.
The Change Project Manager will be responsible for project managing a book of change as part of a migration project. The Project Manager must have an operations and strong change management background. This a highly pressured position and a vital role within a high performing area of the bank.
The candidate must meet the explicit criteria to be shortlisted for the position:
Broad and deep understanding of regulations (Basel III)
Experienced managing an off-shoring and large migration projects
Strong operations and change background, and take full ownership of the e-2-e project lifecycle
Influential and articulated in communicating business reasons for change initiatives, and designing the project methodology
Capable of developing and maintaining professional relationships with business managers and stakeholders globally
Confident public speaker willing to impart knowledge, and chair working groups
Easy-going nature with strong verbal, writing and interpersonal skills
Results orientated, self-motivated and enthusiastic contributor who is comfortable working independently, and to strict deadlines.
