Description
Responsibilities:- Support the fine fragrance sales department as it relates to all data entry needs for various corporate accounts
- Data enter Sample Orders and action reports
- Data enter advance notices and adoptions
- Data enter information related to fragrance briefs into SAP which will include but is not limited to CMIR's, pricing information, freight information, master data management (MDM) introductions, etc.
- Completes project related work to data entry
- Completes additional tasks as required by the sales team
- Manage all sampling activity associated with Mycenae removal
-High School Diploma/GED required
-Bachelor's Degree preferred
-2-3 years of relevant data entry experience
-Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
-Attention to deadlines a must
-Computer skills required including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. SAP experience strongly preferred
-Proven ability to learn new software programs quickly
-Ability to work independently
-Ability to juggle multiple tasks, problem solve, and troubleshoot when necessary
-Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
