Service Operations Management (SOM/SIAM) Capability Lead required by my Media client in West London.
The successful Service Operations Management (SOM/SIAM) Capability Lead will contribute to the overall SOM strategy and vision of a major Media brand with a particular focus on Change.
In order to be successful the Service Operations Management Capability (SOM/SIAM) Lead will need to be ITIL Expert/Intermediate qualified, have 5+ years demonstrable process design and implementation experience, experience of workshop based analysis and requirements gathering and be able to determine process and tool data requirements in line with best practice. Crucially, the successful candidate will need to have worked on the transition to a SIAM model from start to finish through the whole life cycle.
