Merchandising & Business Development Manager: Contract - 3-6 months: Location - London: Rate £300.00 - £325.00 per day (3 day week)
My client is a global leader within E-commerce Travel and Tourism. They are looking for an experienced Merchandising & Business Development Manager who can lead, guide and support the Merchandising Team. The individual must have proven experience within E-commerce and online campaigns. It would be strongly beneficial if the individual also had experience within the Travel sector also.
Responsibilities of Merchandising & Business Development Manager:
- Lead the business case development and offer strategy for new coupon promotions and partnership opportunities
- Analyse coupon campaign performance and share key learning's with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership team
- Work closely with the Analytics team to develop and optimize the methodology to measure coupon performance
- Develop and implement a standard tool-set for post-campaign reporting, eg, total orders, revenues, profits, effective discount
- Creating Business case development
- Deal with External Partners
Qualifications and Skills of Merchandising & Business Development Manager:
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Must have experience in a similar role within E-commerce
- Experience dealing with online campaigns and coupons is essential
- Strategist analyst of campaign management
- Must be methodical and excellent attention to detail in their work
- Must have excellent reporting skills
- Must have excellent financial and analytical skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Communication, negotiation & collaboration skills that engender trust and inspire action
