CRM Marketing Campaign Manager - London - £30-£45k
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the creation of a wide portfolio of CRM email campaigns targeting consumers
- Launch globally CRM campaigns (mainly UK and Germany)
- Develop strategy and collect local market inputs for triggered campaigns
- Brief and manage agencies to develop creatives based on consumer insight and fitting with brand guidelines
- Work closely with marketing team, US and EU operations team to understand and deliver the campaigns in EU markets
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of campaigns and development of optimization strategies to improve campaign efficiency
- Lead some cross country initiatives in collaboration with other country (where appropriate)
- Part of a wider team and will be encouraged and expected to contribute to broader discussions about Online and CRM Marketing.
Job Requirements
- Language(s) Needed: English (Other languages such as German, French, Italian and Spanish a plus)
- Experience in online marketing, proven by previous role at E-commerce player or online marketing agency.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Independent and creative problem solver, who is passionate about enhancing the user experience
- Strong in cooperation and coordinating multiple stakeholders within a large set of different projects.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Basic Qualifications
- University degree required plus 4+ years of direct work experience
- Experience in online marketing
- Background in CRM helpful
