Service Delivery Infrastructure Expert
As a Service Delivery Expert, you will be involved in the preparation, planning, implementation and monitoring of all kinds of projects with specific infrastructure requirements. You will also assist in the design and implementation of the necessary guidelines to improve the functioning of IT Operations.
Responsibilities
Implementation of approved design in function of the needs/timings of the project
monitoring the solution within the framework of the proposed design and consulting the possible abnormalities with the IT Infrastructure architect
management of the relationship with the outsourcing partner so that all the necessary changes submitted timely and completely documented, approved and become implemented
implementation and execution of the tasks performed by the outsourcing service provider or internal IT departments and adjusts whenever necessary.
Management of the relationship with the other IT departments and the business
You help to develop the necessary procedures/guidelines and wear, inspired by ITIL, promoting this relationship with the other IT departments and the business.
Monitoring if the timely CMDB is updated in accordance with the planned processes.
Assisting in the event of incidents and problems arising from the implemented solution
Checking and validation of the billing in accordance with the agreed and executed works.
Assisting the Project Manager in the preparation of the IT components of its business case and planning. Assisting in determining the risks of the project and preparing a proactive action plan.
Guiding the project manager at the handover-to-run "and ensuring that all documentation and deliverables are delivered on time and complete as provided for in the process.
Skills
4-8 years of relevant experience in managing technology solutions.
Certifications (Cisco, Unix, Java, Linux, Microsoft, ...) are recommended.
Experience with implementation of ITIL processes.
Familiar with databases, operating systems, networking, security and VOIP
Well-substantiated understanding of working with platforms, preferably SAP
Able to learn new technologies, understand and apply
You can prioritize and execute tasks under pressure
Project management skills, with experience in SOA approach is a plus.
Good written and oral knowledge of English and Dutch or French
