SAP SCM Team Leader (Japanese Speaking) - Tokyo, Japan - 6 months Contract
My client is looking for a Japanese speaking SAP SCM/Logistics Team Leader for a project based in Tokyo, Japan.
The right candidate will have at least 8 years SAP SCM experience with at least 5 full implementation projects experience, doing blue print design, implementation, customization, configuration and post Go Live support, of all aspects of the SAP Logistics modules, and severl years experience managing teams of SAP consultants.
Key Skills & Experiences:
Strong functional, technical and team management skills combined with excellent process knowhow in Supply Chain Area
Experience in implementing SAP in a SD/MM Lead role in the pharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity to work with offshore teams with different cultural background and experience levels.
Strong driver to accomplish tasks and deliverables in time and quality.
EN/JP language skills (advanced level) and capable to bridge the cultural and language gaps between the local and the regional/global teams
