My Client, who are a global technology company operating in more than 100 countries are looking for a Pension Specialist to work in the central London office.

Under the direction of the Manager of Global Pensions, in this role, you will be a part of the Total Rewards team working closely with regional benefit and retirement leadership as well as the wider Corporate and Finance teams.

Your responsibilities will include proactively delivering Retirement benefit initiatives, as well as supporting the management of a portfolio of benefit provisions outside of North America.

You will have experience in benefits governance particularly around DC benefit structures.

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

* Primary responsibility of role is to support the governance of pension benefits outside of North America
* Position interacts with HR professionals, managers, employees and vendors
* Proactive management, ownership, maintenance and development of benefit tracking systems and associated interfaces for pension data.
* Responsible for maintaining pension tracking data in Group HR data systems.
* Provision of management reporting dashboards to relevant stakeholders.
* Monthly audit of contribution flows for pension plans.
* Accepts and routes requests for assistance; Works directly with customers to resolve recurring or standard problems
* Provides feedback regarding accuracy of internal knowledge articles and other customer contact tools
* Translates/creates documents, as necessary
* Employee query resolution working as part of a team. Act as first point of contact for issue resolution.
* The list of duties will not be exclusive of the above and will require a candidate who is flexible and has a desire to help others and provide resolution to queries.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally Degree qualified but not essential
Working towards APMI or AFPC professional qualifications
Language Skills: Must be fluent in English (reading/writing/verbal).
