New role open for a Senior Solution Manager with deep knowledge in ICT energy solution, to come on board and work for a Market leading telecommunication company, based in Paris , France - 3 month rolling contract - One year Project - Most of the time this role will require travelling around France and West Europe region .

Key experience:

Bachelor degree or higher in communication, electrical engineering, or equivalent.

Deep Knowledge in ICT energy solution. Deep understanding in data center energy solution market, special in data center facility market in the native country.

Having good connections with the data center industry (ISP industry will be preferred), and sensitive to the trend, activities and opportunities in this industry.

Minimum 8 years working experience in energy solution, thereof at least 3 years in industrial leading company(such as: Emerson Network Power, Schneider Electrical, Rittal and data center facility design consulting companies)

Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken, Good communication and presentation skills;

Responsibilities:

Attend the team and define the short term and long term market strategy and market target with colleagues in the team;

Achieve the data center energy sales target via active marketing, solution promotion, customer engagement and so on;

Product marketing and sales promotion for data center energy solution including UPS (uninterruptible power supply), Precision cooling, service, infrastructure solution.

Develop industry vision and engage with customers (telecom operators, system integrator, IT/industrial/electrical distributor, government/financial/industrial/scientific domain users) in west Europe.

Take the technical lead role in supporting leads generation, opportunity discovery,sales projects, meet customers, understand their requirements, design a solution to fit their need, and present the solution to customers and the commercial offer;

Prioritize customer requirements for R&D and take responsibility for product's competitiveness

Provide technical training to the colleagues working in different country and team to increase their competence and capability to sell energy solution through regular training sessions
