One of the biggest luxury shoe brands ever are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to come onboard for a 6 months contract starting ASAP.
THE CLIENT:
This client is a 21st century luxury accessories brand, with shoes at its heart, offering an empowered sense of glamour and a playfully daring spirit.
THE ROLE:
- To be the Business leader on the Global CRM software implementation.
- Participate in the creation of a new department and activity for the brand: train, educate, and evangelize CRM throughout the company.
- Responsible for coordinating, prioritising and approving all new requests/enhancements coming from regions and liaising with IT and Transformation Process Team
- Refine and develop a global CRM strategy for the brand that can then be cascaded and rolled out across the respective regions.
- Improve the company's understanding of customer data & dynamics: analyse the data, increase consumer knowledge, bring added value to the current marketing programs and increase ROI
- Work with Global Marketing on CRM gifting programs and customer experience programs
- Ensure CRM best practice and knowledge across the retail teams
- Use CRM knowledge and insights to identify business development opportunities and turning these insights into actionable commercial programs. .
- Create relevant segmentation across the different regions by understanding customer behaviour and profiles
- Implement multi-level loyalty program and specific actions for different customer profiles
- Establish CRM KPIs and targets for the business and cascade these across the regions.
- Keep up to date and keep up to date on analytics tends and best practices to be considered and implemented as part of our overall CRM strategy
THE CANIDATE:
- Proven track record at senior management level
- CRM Expert with broad experience of using a number of analytics tool within a multi-region and multi-channel international business
- Able to be both very operational and strategic
- Comfortable presenting & influencing
- Strong analytical mind with the ability to translate analysis into insights, reconditions and strategy
- Results driven
- Able to work in a fast paced and results driven environment.
- To be deadline driven and have the ability to multi task
- To be able to work both automatously and as part of a team
- Experience of working within the retail industry as well as E-commerce
- It would be an advantage to have had luxury experience
- Initiator and sponsor of CRM culture in former companies
- Has been managing data on a very operational level
- Delivered CRM programme with demonstrable ROI results
