My client, a prominent financial institution based in Luxembourg are currently seeking a financial analyst to join their team. This role represents an excellent opportunity to join a world-renowned institution.
You would be tasked with supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting for the IT department.
Tasks:
Perform budget performance reviews, including variance analysis Support capacity management and reporting activities
Support the monthly closing processes
Support the further development of the existing financial and capacity reporting Perform ad hoc analyses and other tasks within the company's IT Portfolio Management area.
Qualifications/required skills:
Computer literate (eg Lotus Notes, Word, PowerPoint) especially profound knowledge of MS Excel (automation functionality, eg macros, PowerPivot)
Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
Previous experience in controlling and reporting is an asset proficiency in written and spoken English
French or German language skills will be an added bonus but are not mandatory
