Your tasks:
- Support a committed team in planning and reporting activities for IT projects
- Focus on collecting data for planning and reporting from internal stakeholders
- Import data in central Excel tools
- Consolidate, analyze and further process information for planning and reporting products
- Create (Powerpoint) documentations for the senior management
- Optimize the Excel tool
Your qualifications
- In-depth experience in Excel (the use of macros and data analysis and design)
- Ability to implement changes in reporting/planning tools (mainly excel) based on provided/discussed requirements
- Solid knowledge of IT reporting landscapes for internal and external customers
- Profound understanding of project variables
- Fluency in German and English
- In-depth analytic skills
- Ability to prepare documentation based on reporting analyses
