Description
My global telecoms client is seeking a consultant with 7 to 9 years' experience specialising in wireless network:
1. Master at least 2 of the knowledge about GSM/UMTS/LTE/CDMA/OSS/etc installation, network integration, network design and maintenance
2. Have experience of new build, expansion, reconstruction and IP modernization scenario on living network
3. Have the basic knowledge of transmission and RF
4. Understand the framework and basic part of ITR process
5. Understand the framework and basic part of service delivery process
6. Communicate effectively and regularly up to the technical management level of customer and internal management level
7. Good English communication skill in both written and oral
8. Lead medium size teams, assist the design effective solutions to meet customer's requirements, perform advance troubleshooting
9. Support staff development and Provide guidance to them
