Description
Liquidity Management LeadLiquidity Management Lead is required by an investment bank in Canary Wharf. The Liquidity Management Lead is primarily a Project Management position with an element of business analysis. The Liquidity Management position is offered on a 6-month rolling contract basis, a performance dependent extension of 12+ months is expected for the successful candidate.
The Liquidity Management Lead will be an experienced Project Manager with extensive Intraday Liquidity or Cash Management experience. The ideal candidate will be happy to get on and run the project and do a lot of the underlying hands on work involved outwith the description of the job such as business analysis. The Liquidity Management Lead will need to coordinate activities across multiple countries globally and therefore must possess excellent regulatory and compliance knowledge. The Liquidity Management Lead must be results orientated, self-motivated and an enthusiastic contributor; comfortable working collaboratively and independently as he/she will play a vital role within a small and high performing team.
Candidate attributes:
Operational and change experience within investment banking
Project Managed on an offshoring/ large migration programme
Essential Intraday Liquidity and/or Cash Management experience
Functional & technical knowledge of payment systems
Good regulatory (Basel III) and compliance knowledge
Influential and articulated in communicating business requirements, and tailoring approach when managing stakeholders
Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access
Capable of developing and maintaining professional relationships with business managers and peers
Easy-going nature with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
