My client, a world leading Investment Bank, now seeks a credible and highly skilled Organisational Design specialist to deliver new strategic Business Architecture on behalf of its' Risk Chief Operating Office.
This is an area of the business which is highly visible and essential to the development and implementation of the Risk division's strategy and vision as well as the Banks' global Operating Strategy. The selected candidate will work closely with partners across the business, infrastructure and across global Risk as part of a specific Risk Architecture team which has been established to facilitate both strategic and tactical changes across Risk, driving out a consistent approach and standards to design and architecture in a federated model across the function.
The bank in question is an experienced Business Architect to support the ongoing development of our Target Operating Model (TOM) covering the Capability, Organisation, Process, Technology and Data aspects of Risk globally. The chosen resource will develop an integrated view of the enterprise supporting the development and implementation of a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.
Desired skills and experience as below;
. Extensive Organisational Design experience
. Business Architecture experience
. Deployment of global Target Operating Models (TOM)
. Risk (function) exposure gained within a complex and global Financial Services business
. Strong Programme/Project governance experience
. Strong, proven influencing skills
The role will report into and support Risk's Business Architect by bringing practical architecture and design experience to bear in the development and management of Risk's TOM across the Divisional, Functional and Programme/Project levels. Please get in touch ASAP with your full and up to date CV.
