Description

Senior SAP Deployment Change Management Lead - Global Change Strategy. My client, a leading multinational organisation is looking for a Change Management Lead consultant for a fantastic role in Croatia.

The successful candidate must have experience on large complex international SAP deployments and will be responsible for driving the creation and implementation of the local SAP deployment change plan and will be working on a programme that works towards a model which will be one of the key enablers to moving to a Globally Integrated Enterprise. This will provide an integrated systems platform and processes.

You will be responsible for managing and implementing the local deployment change management strategy, approach and change. The role also manages the change dependencies with other programmes and activities outside of programme.

You will define with regional teams the local change management approach for the SAP deployment, develop and manage the local change management plan for SAP deployment, identify and support the creation of Change and components of an industrialised deployment model based on best practice that will maintain the integrity of the global/regional target operating model and deliver rapid roll out and engage with local functional leads to generate change plans which support the achievement of functional outcomes and transition plans.

The successful candidate will have seasoned change management experience as well as organisation design, HR and capability development skills gained through complex change programmes. It is essential to have strong project management skills (including risk and issue management, project planning and problem solving) with the ability and credibility to work with and influence senior stakeholders

It is essential that you have proven experience of managing large scale change programmes, involving multiple stakeholders and multiple geographies, communication management experience (including strategy development, stakeholder engagement, execution and evaluation) within large scale, complex, matrixed projects and programmes and demonstrated experience of driving complex multi geography organisational change initiatives and influencing business managers.

You will have proven experience of change management across geography, culture, function, and with good understanding of how to fit diverse functional teams together. You will also possess the ability to identify potential people related risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.

For this role you will drive forward implementation in a fast-paced environment and manage and orchestrate many different resources and activities, with competing priorities in terms of urgency and importance. You will be recognized in this role as the go to source for advice of change management aspects.
