Are you currently looking for a new contract?

If so I have a new 12 month contract based in West London for a large well known global organisation who are currently carrying out a global SAP deployment programme.

We are looking for an ERP Training Administrator/Coordinator to support the Global ERP Training team. Your role will be responsible for managing the coordination of end-user training documents from point of creation to deployment in the appropriate delivery system.

You should have at least 3 year's administrative/coordinating experience working with controlled documents and training resources in an ERP/SAP environment.

Ideally you will also have experience of working with different languages/cultures and be able to demonstrate working to tight deadlines in a fast paced and pressurised environment.

While technical skills are important, the key to success lies in understanding what it takes to initiate, implement and participate in a substantial organisational change initiative within a commercial or manufacturing environment.

Specific requirements/experience include:
  • Attention to detail
  • Working with teams outside of the UK
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads and activities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with a controlled document management system and/or similar validated document management technology/process.
  • Experience working with a translation provider in a global business environment.
  • Solid understanding of training and development processes
  • Strong project management skills
  • Specific experience in MS office suite (MS Excel intermediate to advanced level)
  • Experience working with SharePoint an advantage
  • Must possess the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to complete tasks to meet team objectives as necessary
  • Experience working in a matrix management organisation


This is a 12 month contract starting by the end of March based in West London and rates are negotiable.
