Measurement Surveyor - 4 Month Contract - Immediate Start
We are recruiting for one of the nation's largest commercial companies who provide an extensive range of construction services including construction management, general contracting, design and build and preconstruction.
The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive Measurement Surveyor to join our team in Leeds on a 4 month temporary contract. As the successful candidate you will understand measurement principles and support and produce final accounts
Key Requirements
- clean water final accounts
- support and produce final accounts
- taking data/measure and building final accounts
- preparation of data
- measurement Submissions
- liaison with client/agent
- identify additional recovery and opportunities
- identify risks
- ad-hoc duties as and when required from management
You:
- Utilities experience (prefer water)
- framework experience
- take-off experience
- attention to detail
- Studying for HNC/BSc Qualified in Construction/QS or recently graduated
