Contract Quality LeadI am currently working with a large NHS organisation who is looking for interim Quality Lead to help with their small contracts. This organisation is based in north west London and the assignment would initially be for 4 months as they look to recruit permanently.
The organisation is keen to have an interim who has high levels of tact and diplomacy who will work sensitively with our small contract providers and our wider contracts and quality and safety teams.
The post holder ideally should have a clinical background.
They will need to evidence the following:
- Good rounded knowledge of the NHS provider base -MH,LD, Community and Acute and care homes
- experience of managing and monitoring smaller contracts -and a strong understanding regarding proportionality and understanding of level of demand possible with small contract/providers
- Knowledge of Quality schedule and NHS contracts
- Experience of the Serious Incidents and complaints process
- Writing/development of S.M.A.R.T outcome focused KPIs
- Understand and experience of Quality assurance visits
- Effective verbal and written reporting skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes eg TOPs audiology, Care Navigation service procurement
