This is hugely exciting interim assignment, where you will be supporting the strategy director during a considerable period of change. You will be responsible for working with the strategy director in translating/delivering the strategy and internal policy, producing slide decks for, meetings, workshops and governance committees; therefore you will be highly organised, with strong consulting skills & background ie BIG 4 or other recognised brands, be able to put in place strong collateral and presentations both in PowerPoint and Excel in respect of financial data. You will have strong Consulting experience ideally from within Financial Services, exposure and understanding of retail financial products would be a bonus, working on one or more of the following areas to include but not limited to Target Operating Model Design, Financial & MI, Product Marketing & Design, Product Optimisation, Strategy, Operations Development in New Business, Existing Customers & Arrears etc. You will have a Consultative approach to business critical change agenda's, an inquisitive & analytical mind-set, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and strategy from Board level down, where a problem is a solution waiting to happen. You must be able to lead & manage teams of individuals, experts & SMEs.
